after being, my request for payment as proven during a month, the next day to communicate with the support have been marked as fraud, are HP, who do not want to pay their members, and only suspend accounts, without reason

They have a reason. They have been sued in Germany several times and their actual behaviour is a reaction to these lawsuits. It's just a question of time when they close ul in Switzerland and re-open in Belize oder Panama (by selling the domain to an "unknown" company overseas) or they'll shut down finally like Rapidshare after trying to change their business model to cloud hosting or sth like this. With these future options they'll try to save money (for selling, changing business or closing).
