Normaly the PPD+PPS rates from SO are mutch down under UL´s. So UL must shave 100%. Its totaly Unnormal then the PPD ist so mutch higher. Think by the sommer hole UL have mutch trouble at her finances!
Multi OCHs are a part of the problem and many users have UL premium now and buy not so fast a new!

SO have a total dif PPD sys then UL, you have a multiplicator and it give Ranks. I am ViP Special with a 3x Ratio and 3,5x Ratio.
