You can use prepaid-bon phone if you worry about that. I doubt it's that kind of case here.
It's only a good extra strong security to avoid unauthorized access to user account, and also this way UL will not need any extra proofs like this example http://www.wjunction.com/102-file-host-affiliate-discussion/149799-2250.html#post2081411 when payouts are requested...

Yes it's optional, but recommended to activate for stronger security.
 
HI, I for the first time did inquiry of payment with WM and here they sent me the letter :

Dear Affiliate Partner,

we spotted some irregularities within your account whilst checking your
payout request

Possible reasons for this email are:

* alterations in the payout behavior for example a different bankaccount or webmoney ID than previous payouts. In that case we set your payout on hold due to security measures.

or

* obscurities about advertising.

In that case please explain how you are referring paying users to our platform. Also proofs like screenshots and links to your advertising site are required and highly appreciated.

Please respond within 7 Days, otherwise we may decline your payout request. Once everything is deemed ok from our side, we will gladly expedite your payout request.

Please excuse the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation!

I do not understand what the problem is ? Help, what I have to answer them?

here also nothing }:-) i wrote them a Mail and got only standart Answer with bla bla it can take 7 days and so on.
But this are allready 12 days. :facepalm: :cursing:

i told you the best method to get your money after 1-3 days on your bank after you have request for payment

also would like to know the method
 
its easy payout via BTC time to recieve 12-24 hours

then go on kraken.com sell the BTC and let withdraw so you hace your mone in 24-72 hours on your bank accout
