Yo anyone else having ftp login problems?

Forgot to mention that I'm able to log in just fine on their website, it's just ftp that I'm having problems logging in. I recently changed my password if that matters.

Their support is taking too long to get back to me regarding this, so I'm just wondering if some of you guys experienced this kind of thing before.
