If your bank account is not in SEPA, you do not get a bank transfer

yes, I contacted them and they said I have to provide information regarding how I generate the downloads/sales, so the payment is on hold because they are simply waiting for these information

First of all I'm not happy, because even if I see "checked" I'm not 100% sure I will be paid. Second thing, did it happen to you to not be paid or to be banned?...because they simply wanted to know where my files are posted and I gave them the link of my blog where all my files are uploaded and through which I get my downloads/sales. So could they ban me without any reason? O_o

without any reason , no , they will not ban you ,but if they hold your amount that means they have some doubts about your downloads
more then 2 years and never have such problem ... maybe your blog visitors make a copy/past the link and download the file when they have to click on the link .
click on the link and download the file allows to uploaded team to know were the downloader come from or at least knows his IP but copy/past the link they cant knows anything about who download your files and if that repeated maybe they will consider that you use illegal ways to get downloads .
