Error with Upgrade/Purchasing Premium Uploaded.net

I did to upgrade my account to Premium 3 days ago,
choose the CC mastercard and visa payment, but all gone with error!

it said that my Card not accepted!

after that i try to contact the support thru email, and they give the probabilty that cause the error.

i try all of the suggestion that they provided in the email,
all of the billing information is correctly filled, data was valid (i used to purchase Rapidgator few days ago too)
even i try to delete browser cookies and history, turning off my Antivirus protection, and never use some password saving software.
but all my efforts gone with the same result.

btw, i used to live in Indonesia.
please help.

This time UPLOADED.NET is really determined to move us to OBOOM (after his unsuccessful attempt to move us to CLOUDZER) because UL is attracting lots of unwanted attention all over the world. It's good to move business instead of permanently closing it. Example - Hotfile
