please fix this issue i am getting low downloads

ppd it is too low because Uploaded are being blocked in some countries. People can't download!

Edit: Orange is blocking Uploaded.net

Maybe is there a problem with counting Downloads ?

Some Parts will be deleted of inactivity and from the same Upload the other Parts have Downloads a few Days ago.

Got 20+ Uploads with that Problem.

I think it's a clever hint (low PPD + low PPS) by UL telling us to move to OBOOM.
I am using OBOOM from past 2 weeks and I have to say that their PPD is really good. Probably, this is the end of UL and rise of OBOOM.
