I just noticed that I received an email from uploaded stating "Due to copyright violations, reported by copyright owners and / or their representatives, our compliance department blah blah" almost a month ago. The email says my account was going to be deleted in 14 days. Until now my account is still alive. Did anyone's account really got deactivated 14 days after receiving such email from uploaded.net?

I have also recived 2 emails for copyright infrigement ,but they didn"t say that they will delete my account. Anyway how many of you received such emails?I am also curious

I have received bunch of these type of emails but they have not mentioned that they are going to deactivate within 14 days. :-=

This is the email I received:

Due to copyright violations, reported by copyright owners and / or their representatives, our
compliance department had to remove a large number of files from your account.

Please note that in becoming aware of legal violations, we are subject to due diligence
obligation.

Due to the high frequency of reported copyright notifications and evaluation of our compliance
department, we regret to inform you that - according to our Terms and Conditions - your account
with ID XXXXXXXX, will be deactivated in 14 days.

You may object to this extraordinary notice of cancellation and create back up copies of your
files. After expiry of the time-limit, your account will be irrevocably blocked.

I have got same as your mail excluding the part where they are mentioning that they are going to delete your account.
I am just thinking, what if they are try to suspend/delete old account which have high no. of points so that will not have to pay for rebills of your sales. [:|]

I never had this kind of mail from the support, and yet I have a lot of points ... you're paranoid guys.
