Yo okay so I sorted it out, Uploaded is great and credited it back into my UL account.

Now I requested the payout properly to my own Webmoney acc, but how does it work? Its been "Open" status for a long time. Is there some procedure to do? Please gimme a hand.

I have request payout, but my request payout status is hold and I got email like this :

Just got payed in bank account.It first my payment was declined ,but after contacting support I requested another payment.
To not wait another 30 days I emailed them again and in a few days the money was sent .Print screen ( paid for the 3trhd time ) :
