I requested on 09/04 and today Webmoney shows amount paid, but UL account shows still Open. When I tried to take out the money Webmoney says I don't have sufficient funds to take out the money. I don't understand. UL shows amount has not been paid but Webmoney says it has been paid but then there is no money to take out. Anyone with the same problem?

You should be verified to withdraw your money from WM to your bank account. If you are not, then you'll have to go for exchangers. Or deposit it to bet-at-home, play some games and withdraw anywhere you want. Though you must be aware you can lose some of your money (but you can win as well).
