I have a question . When i go to my files i can find that they were downloaded 81 time but gained money is 0.01€ is there any problem or its normal. and static are updated immediatly or it takes time to show gained money maybe the problem is here.

Premium members are not counted.
Free users counted only 1 time per 24 hours.
And there are a few hours delay in the stats (when it's working)

I hope it answers the question.
 
There is all ok ... they count only dowloads from some Countiers and then only 1 download for 24 h.
And of course they also count many less then you real have. Because of this 0.01 for 81 Downloads ;)

i forgot my password and when i send a request for a new password , i get this message :

This means You may have already requested your login information.

Check WMZ No. in your WM Account and in requested section of UL.
Are they same?
