Dear customer,

thank you for your reply.

Commissions for acquisitions of new customers:

- 75% (one-time) of each initial order of premium accounts (except 48h Premium) that has been
placed by new customer

- 65% (one-time) of each follow-up order of mediated premium accounts (except 48h premium) that
has been placed by new customer

A follow-up order is valid, if finalized within 7 days after the initial orders premium-time has
ended.

The order of your friend, was not the first follow up order, so there is no commission stated, to
our remuneration system.

Finally here is the answer for my question:
Dear customer,

Thank you for your request.

If the customer did a chargeback and the commission was already made, it will be deducted
subsequently.
