Why every day the Question "Stats frozen?".

For example by "Uzair wat weiss ich" every 2nd day the stats are frozen.

Also it isn't really hard to test this by yourself, simply download a file and see if it's counted.

Can anyone tell me is stats for byued premium throught affiliate link updated instantly or , because i have got confirmation that 2 year premium is payed throught my link but stats are zero ?
 
Some USA citizens have been telling me that they can't connect to the website, and my earnings are slowing down in the past 2 days.
