Those County Categories on PPD refer to the county the files are downloaded to or do they refer to the country of the uploader?
Meaning, If I'm from Mexico and upload a file, will I receive less money than if I were from the US?
 
Is the option "Copy to My FileS" still active in uploaded?

And if it is active, is there any way to deactivate it so that other users can't copy my files to their account?

download money depends country but not upload

Uploaded support may be interested to know that there's been a downloading issue for premium users in the last three days. First problem is download speed is not consistent but more importantly for premium users, the download freezes at 99% and doesn't resume at all. Mostly premium users have had to download file twice because of this issue. It slightly explains the sharp drop on rebills. No-one obviously would ever want to renew after going through such an annoying download problem.
