If the status is "Paid" and the money is not on your bank account after 5 working days max, it is NOT NORMAL.

I requested my payout on March 1st (by bank transfer), the status changed to "paid" more than 2 weeks ago and still nothing on my bank account. I sent a PM to Till about this issue last week, he answered back 7 days later saying he forwarded my problem to the billing team. Since then, no answer from the billing team or from Till.

UL team, What now??
