Last night I had 62 Euro and 21,000 points in my account.
I waked up this morning to find my account has only 22 Euro, 27,000 points and extended the premium account for 25 weeks and 5 days.

I didn't request that. T didn't even know that I can extened my premium account from my balance.

Please, do some thing. I have sent you my details in PM.

That's not the first time that problem happens to one of your affiliates, so please fix this bug and refund the money to my balance again.

Now it has happened again. I have just received an email informing me that I extended my premium account for another 7th month, but I didn't.


I have changed my password.


Please fix this and refund the money back to my account.

wtf? same problem.... i haved 29 euros and 19 points.... now i have 2019 points and 4 euros. so i having 2 sales (or rebills) and my money disappeared. i mean disappeard into premium account but i don't bought anything.

For the third time today, my balance reduced by 10 Euros in just two hours.

I didn't request all these premium accounts. Never happened.
