How I inform ul admin? If i give full information about my bank can i get money from it?

Can somebody shed some light on this How can anyone from a Country which is not party to IBAN and use SWIFT/BIC for International Bank Transfers request using Bank Transfer from UL. In the request page it won't let u request without IBAN. Thanks
