Hello!! I have problems with Uploaded. Since October 31 im waiting for a payment for Bank Transfer of 133 € that does not come to my bank. It is the first time that happens to me and, though Alicia Diaz (person in charge for the area on Spanish of the hosting) insists on that already it was sent and received but i dont have on my bank account... Its so strange and Alicia dont answer me.

Call her, and Ask a fax with a proof of the deposit. maybe is your bank the problem... I belive she has a lot of work since alertpay has stoped as a withdraw money option.

The same problem here, Ive been waiting already one month (bank transfer).
support (email, phone customer service) replied to me that the amount was sent to my account but I dont have it.
I called to my bank too they told me that so far nothing like declined transfer and I should contact with person who ordered the transfer.
:facepalm:
