Does anyone know why when i add my puruse number so i can request a payout via webmoney it says "Das Format des eingegebenen Kontos ist fehlerhaft" which in english is "The format of the account entered is incorrect"

Im just adding my webmoney purse number which starts with Z followed by 12 numbers :/ how on earth can that be wrong?

hmm, uploaded some files via FTP, but they dont show up. anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: Remote upload is the same. The file is requested on the remote server, it is downloaded and marked with "success", but doesnt show up in Files&Folders, so this seems to be the problems source

Well, I can acknowledge for the usual 15 days timeline between request and payment but I have never heard (nor encountered) that it could take up to 30 days...:O

sales are working fine...

:facepalm: but y people are so panic if they don't get any sales for 2/3 days!! its not necessary for a user to buy account everyday!
I passed sometimes 20/30 days without sales.then oneday get $$$.. all with luck!!
Never complain why not getting sales

And also downloads count instantly or after 1 hour or like 24 hours later.
