Secondly is that ppd policy that if a premium user download my file after downloading from someone else then I won't get anything, also applies to free users? What if a free user downloads my file after downloading from someone else, will that download be counted?

I've reported the problem with dl count since months ago in the old ul.to official thread and i'm not a spammer.

Please check this. Then I could use ul.to again...

if file donwload from ul.to in other user ( does not import a download and a new upload to my account) file disappears , links there but when click his eror 404 , please fixed this beacouse not good import in other users and share for other people money when downloads or sales
