i dont know if its a bug, but UL just added about 50 euros to my balance without any sale or anything. maybe its giving back all the losses from the PPD problem?

It's really getting annoying to read all this whining & bitching about how peoples' download earnings are getting "shaved" or how they're not being paid yet. So far I have never encountered any problems with UL.TO & I hope to never encounter any in the future, but screaming "OMG UL.TO R SCAMMERS TEHY SHAVE MY EARNINGS WTF?" despite a lot of downloads of their files without considering the Tier of the countries where their downloaders are from or if the downloads were from the same IP is pretty fucking stupid. These same whiners, who always promise to quit UL.TO & use another host or threaten to delete all of their files, you wouldn't hear as much as a "Thank you" from them once they get paid & would still continue using the same file host.

Grow the fuck up. If you have an issue with them, then contact their support. If you've already done that & you're still not satisfied, then move on to a new file host. Whining & bitching & moaning about it is not only stupid, but also immature.

How am I supposed to get next payout?

Probably they are having temporary problem with WEBMONEY.
They had something like in March 2013.
Hope, it will be resolved in few days.
