same here, looking for an exchanger from paypal to webmoney with just a little fee.

forget it. the good changers are not cheap. so if you want your money you have to pay the rate or transfer to your bank account

exchangers with such low fees cant be trusted . think urself why would u take trouble to exchange 100 $ just to make one $ . thats simple logic at some point such exchangers will cheat for sure... i may be wrong but the possibility is less with the reason i gave
