Yes, you can use your balance to upgrade your account, just select plan, go to payment page and click over last payment method.

I think UL have a problem with payments on bank account

I request payment at the end of october, and after few days they wrote that they paid my requst. But i didnt recive any money.

After that I wrote to them and they back my money to account. Now i request money again, and I see that they checked my requst. Hopte that they will pay me soon.
