Lately, I've heard from a lot of people that there are only problems with Payza not being able to withdraw their funds to their bank accounts.

I'd go for Webmoney if I were you.

The time it takes for you to receive your money is (as far as I'm aware) not dependant on what kind of payment method you are requesting it with. It can take up to 30 days for you to get your payout, but it usually takes 14-20 days.

Remember that if you cash out €50, Uploaded.net will deduct 20 percentage of that amount as a fee. If the amount is €100 or more, no fees will apply.
