No, if you're a premium member you get 10 GB backupspace for free, this prevent files in the backupspace to get deleted.

ul.to have one serious problem, for an free user is almost impossible finish one big download...
I try download one file of aprox. 500mb, in the first time that I tried, download stop at 98%, second time in 14%, third time in 50%...
Always must wait a time for try again, only in the following day I finally did this download...

But in general, I really like uploaded, but they could be nice with free users!!!
