They are having some problems with money transfer service provider and thus they are some delays in the process. As soon as they resolve these issues, everything will be much faster, but until then payments will be processed a bit slower, with delays.

In the fact , the issues increased this year but in the end I get paid so, i manipulate with their delays but, i hope they fix that in the beginning of a new year insha'Allah

We would like to inform you that we still have certain difficulties with intermediaries related to pay-outs to clients through the Bank Transfer/Web Money/Vouchers. This case is under the jurisdiction of our Affiliate Department and unfortunately our Customer Care department has no influence on it. Please be assured that every time we receive a request from a client it is forwarded to the Affiliate. In the meantime, if we receive more detailed information , you will be contacted.
This issue certainly will be sorted out, but at the moment we cannot give you the time-frame.
