Did anyone get this - bitcoin payment marked FRAUD. From OPEN to FRAUD. Its not on the list on the left so i am confused. Wrote a couple of times to the fine people at customer support and hopefully I will get an answer or a ban.

Was the money credited again?
And when did you request the payout?

How to credit the money - in bitcoin payments are made with vouchers of 50. there is no accounts or anything just a code. No money credited or refunded. Just marked FRAUD.

to me it happened once, from verified the payment to fraud
all because I had almost a month and a half with the payment as proven and asked to cancel it to ask again

Both on Saturday; One banned was paid yesterday, other account is still active and payment on status "open".

As for your payments marked as "fraud": I think they have a bug in their system or new people that make mistakes. As I already wrote I got a request open for several weeks which was set to "paid" but I didn't receive the B4C voucher and there was no mail notification the vouchers were available. When I complained about that, support sent an answer that didn't even fit my complaint, but they set the request from "paid" to "checked". It finally got paid out on last Friday.

Coincidence? I can't tell, but request checking seems to lead to unpredictable results nowadays. Really weird ...
