Today I send another message to support with exact data of my payment to check it by their affilate menager.
They just "declined" my payout and i have money back on uploaded account. They didn't provide any information but that means that they didn't make these transfers... Money that should have been on our bank accounts are still on the uploaded side.

i did not got money about 2 weeks and dont know whats wrong with stupid uploaded and i have stoped and earn with trade bitcoin
