because no file hosts will do rates what filesonic and wupload did best to forget ppd now these days cause they drop rates to nothing better off with pps
I have been waiting for 3 days still no reply.If he send me a message like I will send at this day, I can wait him.But I sent him few times PM, he is online but doesnt care me.I reported to moderator.

I got my friend to pay you on your last payment because my PayPal account is locked. I have just confirmed with him he sent it twice so that covers your recent payment also.
