Hello myincome2020

We keep files for free registered users for 90 days.

File or video content would not be removed if you have atleast 1 view or download on it in 90 days.

Please refer to your account for all the details on our site.
 
1) now file is renaming to mega in end, any way to remove that renaming...? (rename 1000's of file cause server load too)
2) please increase number from 5 to 10 in remote upload (atleast 6 or 7 is enough)
You can enter up to 5 URLs, one URL per row
3) upload speed is less, 600 kbps to 1mbps only, please increase upload speed.
4) Files are not supporting resume in IDMAN (internet download manager)
5) i think mkv files are converting to mp4, and file sizes are doubled mate, so is it possible to stop converting..? or we have to rar that files to escape from converting..?


sorry for too many questions, but i have a hope you can fix most errors and become stable in few week or month :)

3)Line is 1Gbit and we don't control the speed,its on unlimited
4)Not sure what you mean with that.
5)No its the way the system is.

Also there is no errors in the system.

try download one file, during download i am not able to pause and start (called as resume support)

guys please download and check whether resume support or not....
for me, no resume support in idman (internet download manager) :(

internet download manager never used it.

As far as any registered member goes from testing i can resume if i download from my browser,jdownloader.

So not sure whats going on for you.

Try and do a test download from your browser and see if it works or not.
