Premium Download isn't possible since many hours. :(
Both download methods (Jdownloader and web browser) result in error messages if logged in with premium account:
JDownloader: "Hoster problem"
Web browser: "Page not found. We are sorry... The URL you entered cannot be found on the server. Buy 30 days Now"
Or: "500 - Internal Server Error. To enjoy maximum download speeds, unlimited downloads and no waiting time. Or login with Premium account."

If you download as free user, download works (but very slow). The files are online, but access isn't possibe with a premium account.

What happened there?
 
Firstly can we all calm down.

We have had some technical issues out of our control. Everything should be working as normal.

Statistics may take some time to regenerate and catch up so please bear with us.

premium downloads are still impossible.
Message: Error: 500 - Internal Server Error. ...

When can we download files again with premium speed and not only with 100k free user speed?

in fact you don't even have to be a premium to get internal server errors, just a member is enough if you use chrome
firefox , unregistered or registered : links work
chrom(ium for me)e : unregistered-> links valid // registered -> 500 internal server error, so I have to log off or use another browser if I'd want to download my own files ^^
not exactly what I would call 'normal' yet ;)

Good to know you're working to fix it and hope you will. It would really pisses me off if your filehost dies now I am extremelly used to it and after so long awesome services.
please try the best.

We are somewhat upset about our hard earned money, and we already missed one day earning.

But it's good to hear that everything should be working as normal :)

Yousif: It wasn't just you who was affected. Everyone was, including us. There were no winners here.

gibalah: Everything was accounted for up until the crash. This is why You're not dealing with amateurs and that we are a reliable host.

Silver: Downloads should be back to normal again.

Notice to everyone: You may not be able to access the statistics page,*however, all downloads are accounted for, and we are working our hardest and quickest to get everything back on track again.

Added after 9 minutes:

The stats will take 48 hours for everything to be back to normal. Statistics are being counted so do not worry about that.
