I'm sure the problem it's not on my end, because i tested on different computers and i have the same problem, and this issue is only with your file host, but anyway thanks for the support.

This is what happened when I tried to upgrade my account to premium. I'm out of storage. I need to upgrade my account to premium now, could you guys help me out? Thanks so much
 
Hi JO

There is something weird about my pending FTP files. All my files are succeeded transfer from pending to ftp but it still shows 8 pending ftp files. Can you check it?

did you deactivate the COPY (Mirror) function in filemanager?
Copy files doesn't work anymore.
Only error message appears:
The size of the file iowuerwlekrwer.part02.rar exceeds your storage limit, and so on with every file.
