So I signed up for the trial, will it automatically renew and charge my VISA after the trial ends? In the account section, it says premium until May 31,2014. Since they aren't replying to my cancel premium account e-mail I'm hoping the trial just ends and they don't charge my VISA.

I got this risk free trail at US$0.99, and overcharged for around US$15 later on my card. A good business should not do this type of hit and run style of business. Customer shall be willing to pay for service or product, not forced into service by hidden clause in term & condition.

1 paid for 1 day risk free trial (0.99$). And then you charged me for 12.99$ withoung any notifications.
OK, you will say that this is written in Terms and Conditions.
But I have written you already 3 letters asking you to cancel my premium membership and not to charge me in future and if possible delete my account.
Why don't you answer me?

Same happen to me. I tried the 1day for 0.99$ and today i have been charged 12.99$.
They write 0.99$ and than you have to open and read 15pages of their terms and conditions and somewhere there you will find that they charge 12.99 every month.

I'm going to report to my bank and get back the refund!
