You tested your provider.I Tested not work serbian provider,hungarian provider,and bulgarian provider.Please fixed.Today friday tested 3 provider.Not working.Started upload and freeze freeze frezze..Please fixed bug.Thank you.Tested 800mb,2gb,6gb files not working your servers.
By "provider" you mean ISP? or Remote Upload URL?

We are paying the same for downloads. Have you seen anything that suggested different thing from us? Kindly share and we will fix it.
Also, if your audience prefer to download videos, they will keep looking for download options, so not sure what is the benefit to completely disable it. Thanks

the count of downloads works identical to the count of views, so if they download instead of seeing you have to care why it counts.
