For Yashraj and everyone else if you are facing the issue of the Quick Reply box being just a textbox kindly check your settings here :

Find : Message Editor Interface in that page and select: Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing from the radio buttons it might solve your issue with the Quick Reply box
