Just to explain:
We count one download per user / 24h / file:

3gb = 3 x 1gb = 3 counts
3gb = 6 x 500mb = 6 counts

All on file base.

Free user will be identified by its IP address.
Registered/premium will be identified by the username.

or you moved denmark to tier 1?

DE is Germany.
DK is Denmark.
