To upload archives, you need to verify your account or purchase a premium account. During verification, you'll need to provide information about what you're distributing, etc.

I've uploaded 2GB files to make more money, without any problems, of course, before their supposed "upgrade" and shortly after.
But it's still not worth it because they limit the download counter. You won't EARN MORE! Because they won't allow it.
It's better to limit yourself to content over 100MB and you'll see how much you'll earn.
I created 9 accounts to test all this. And I uploaded 2GB files to all of them at least once, even after the upgrade.
They're blocking you on purpose to force you to use premium.
Don't give in to them!

Regarding archive upload restrictions, yes, there are and will be. If you don't agree with this, don't use our services. We only allow verified or premium users to upload archives. Both verified and premium users verify themselves, one way or another.
