We don't have delays in payments, especially for such a long period. We had accounts that were checked by anti-fraud software, but users were informed about this in tickets. If your payment is delayed, please file a ticket immediately; this shouldn't happen.

Why did they lower the CPM???
Before, I earned $0.67 with 100 downloads, and the downloads were counted more frequently.
Now I earn less than $0.50 with 100 downloads and my file size is over 100MB.
And my audience exceeds 300 downloads a day, and that's because I have my own audience counter. And that amount generated me more than $1 a day.
Instead of improving my earnings, they only worsened them... now with the same audience, I earn less than half!
If this continues, it won't be profitable; I'll work harder and earn less.
If this doesn't improve, I'll have to leave your page.
It's unfair that you take all the profits when we're the users who bring in the audience.

Hello. I don't quite understand your outrage. Since the project's launch, we haven't changed anything in the tariff settings, billing, or anything else. Nothing has changed at all.
I think if there were problems, then people who have 50k+ downloads a day would have been asking us questions here a long time ago.
You have a personal account and detailed statistics. If anything doesn't match, create a ticket, and we'll check it together. But I can tell you with 100% certainty that there are no issues on our end. We haven't changed anything.

Okay, I know what I'm saying.
Before, downloads were counted for me if I downloaded more than 100, up to 200 a day.
I used to earn more than $1 a day.
But now I earn less than $0.50 and I don't even reach 100 downloads.
I use Uploadmall, and I do reach 200 downloads a day. With the same content and the same audience.
And yesterday I uploaded files larger than 500MB to check, and look... nothing changed.
I'm supposed to be earning more now, but I'm still earning the same with files larger than 500MB.
YES, they manipulated the CPM. Put it back to how it was before.
What do you have to say to me about this?

Because the last time I did, they didn't respond and reduced my download count to less than 10 per day.
I had to create another account, and then everything worked again.
Because the person handling the reports only looks at accounts with more than 1,000 downloads per day, or they use a pathetic AI to solve problems.

Yes, there was indeed a problem with the captcha (I remind you that we're updating the engine, as mentioned above). This can happen, but don't worry, create a ticket, and you'll be compensated (financially) for the downtime based on your average daily earnings.

I don't mean to offend you, but frankly, "manipulating" your 200 downloads a day to underpay you by 50 cents is simply ridiculous. It's true.
We still have many problems to solve, improve, and so on. If you think you're being scammed, please use a different service. Use a service that you believe isn't scamming you. No offense intended.

Here's proof of what I'm saying.
I uploaded 20 files of over 500MB each, and instead of earning more with the CPM for this size, I earn less because the downloads aren't counted.
Fewer than 80 downloads just after I uploaded these larger files.
And I asked my audience, and most of them assured me they downloaded the files without incident or problems.
How are they going to tell me this ISN'T manipulated???

Here are the file sizes uploaded to my account.
This has been happening for months.
I abandoned two accounts for the same reason.
Because it stopped counting downloads with files larger than 500MB.
So it's nothing new.
But the CPM rate is lower than before.
Because in one month I managed to raise more than $40, and now at this rate it'll be less than $20.

Are you estimating downloads based on "audience questions"? Are you surprised that LARGE files are downloaded less frequently (with speed limits of 250 kilobits, for example)? Indeed, why not. I have nothing to say to you. Please, use another service, don't waste your time and nerves.

If the problem were the download speed limit, then why are most of my 300MB files being downloaded and counted as a larger volume?
Because if you're going to tell me that 300MB downloads 100 times faster than 500-600MB, then the point is here.
My internet is basic, with a speed of 50MB, and a 300MB download takes 5-10 minutes.
And a 500-600MB download takes less than 15 minutes.
So tell me where the point is in pointing out a clear problem with your page.

My complaint is clear.
I don't earn as much as I used to, and that really bothers me.
Because I trusted your website, I now doubt that you'll maintain the quality you've previously demonstrated.
And I wanted to prove that file sizes have nothing to do with it, just in case you ever wanted to say so.
So far, you haven't given any credible explanation for this or a reason.
And since your website only keeps monthly counts, you can't prove how much you earned before you updated it.
Just adjust the CPM because, whether you deny it or not, it's reduced.
And I, unfortunately, live off this because of my health.

I understand your point perfectly, but try to look at it differently. Why would we lower the price per 1,000 downloads, given YOUR volume? Not to mention, the engine simply doesn't support it, there's no such button. Why would we do this? To save 50 cents? Seriously?
We have the same settings as when we launched. If you want, I invite you to Telegram and I'll show you a screenshot. Honestly, we have plenty of other things to do right now besides steal YOUR hard-earned 50 cents.
You have statistics, you have data on horse racing. You can look at how many races you've had and from which country and COUNT IT. It's not that hard, right? Don't take this personally, but we don't do that kind of nonsense. It just doesn't make the slightest bit of sense.
