allright if you offer customers unlimited Bandwidth as long as you setup a good Terms of service you should have no problems with it .

but UNLIMITED webspace ???
This is pure overselling ...

i would like to take an account with you for 3.95 and upload 1 terabyte of Administrative data so not copyright protected by any1.. let's see what you'll do ..

Unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth don't even exist in the world. Argue all you want, but it's a fact.
Why also put it in CAPITAL letters? Want even more flaming? Really, all of WJ should just buy each package on such hosts, and rape their traffic and hdd space. It's getting out of hand.. Hosting sites are the new DDL/Warez sites nowadays (popping up 24/7)

It is possible to offer unlimited space. I have one from one hosting company, but the point is:
- no use space for backup of your computer or something
- can not upload bigger file than 50MB .

So, many hosting companies do offer unlimited of all things, but read their TOS

@Gempis actually it is within reason. Its a common hosting trend to offer unlimited/unmetered. If you use it without abuse/ruin the integrity of the server then it is not metered. Often times with good hosts (like hostgator does it well) it works just fine.
