Unknown certificate error

Hello guys,

Can someone help me?

when I try to connect to a site, I get the error message: Failed to retrieve directory listing. I also get the "unknown certificate" dialog box but, the check box to always trust certificate in future sessions is grayed out, so I cannot check it...

I try to enter in my account FTP and appears this message:

And when I try to enter in my WHM appears this:
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Is this fix to solve?
I dont know how :/

Buy a certificate from a recognized agency and install it on server, it will be fixed

Self-signed certificates will always throw these errors

You need to install a SSL Certificate as self signed certs often give these issues.
