Yes. I did something wrong on vistaCP, and even the Support cant get the Mailserver working. BUT NOW, everything is fine. Your Support re-installed the VPS + vistaCP + set me up for Cloudflare + uploaded a Backup of the Files into FTP + installed ImageMAgick. UndergroundPrivate.com = Best Support ever!

during previous 48 hours i saw ultimate kindness, polite behavior and professional action from this guys
my database website has some issues and was broken as a result my website was down for a while, i sent a ticket, they reply in less than 3 minutes ( i am serious less than 3 minutes ) and fixed issue in database in less than 2 minutes after that (in midnight)
that was not their duty they don't charge anything for management or maintenance, that was their kindness
if you lose this hosting you lose a golden mine of professional peoples who always can help you at critical times

strongly recommend this hosting ( i can prove my words with evidence)
i have three websites on this company for more than four months
during this time my traffic website bounced two to three times but i want share my recent experience
three days ago they contacted to me about a DDOS attack ( layer7) actually i didn't know about that and due to server load was extremely low, they worked more than 3 days for optimazing server configuration and shutting down DDOS attack
currently speed website is like rocket even i can not believe to my eyesو actually since tow days ago my traffic website increased considerably
