Same as Mark_DE I was fooled twice on my previous provider i am aware of my lack of knowledge regarding with VPS
and those previous host take advantage of it and made me suffer for how many months (de rank from google search, got lower visitor and the worst
my revenue also went down) i cant even relax.. checking/monitoring my site time to time.

Apart from all the benefits you mentioned, I would also say their customer service is always available when I need them. I'm not very techy so when I needed to optimize my site on their VPS, they went ahead very quickly and told me which plugins I needed for my wordpress site. Now my site is even faster! You are right about them not being arrogant.
 
I don't usually post reviews, but today I will share my experience with UndergroundPrivate.

The first day I contacted them through skype, I said I was interested in buying a Russian VPS, and without me asking for it, they promptly asked if I wanted them to do the migration for me, of my previous host to UndergroundPrivate.
I accepted, and in a hour, they made the migration and my website was running on their host.

About the support? Simply the best I've ever seen, they don't send you to the "Technical" or "Billing" or "Commercial" Deparment, you speak with one person only and that person solves all your problems.
You want to pay with bitcoin? No problem they tell you the details. You have problems with your cPanel and need help? No problem they will fix it in a couple of minutes.

About server uptime, my websites are always online, I'm in the movie niche and I was never bothered with any DMCA, my website remains online without any downtime and fast load times, which is awesome, I though that because the servers are from Russia, there could be lag in Europe/USA, but no, they still load very fast and on a Private hosting, believe me, that's very, very rare.

The prices, are really good for the service and quality UndergroundPrivate provides, I'm actually paying 60$ish/month for a Russian VPS + cPanel and I would not change it even if I found a cheaper Private hosting, because this level of support and dedication they have, I never saw it on any other hosting company, and when you got problems with your website/server, you don't care about speed, you don't care about traffic, the only thing you care about is a fast reaction of the support team.
If you value a good service with a awesome support team, this is the hosting you're looking for.

I have a bulletproof VPS with UndergorundPriavte. Now it's about 15 months I'm with them, using their awesome service as a happy client... :):):)

Strongly recommend this hosting
at first i have to say before moving to this hosting i was like a blind webmaster i thought my old hosting is perfect but yesterday when i moved domain to this one i could to feel real quality services, at first look i could not believe to my eyes, it was seem my website is inside a rocket, actually i was wasting my time and my money with old hosting
security server and server configuration is perfect

there guys are gods of servers

Slow server, 2 times downtime, rude support, yeah the first 1-2 months ok, but then... well, what can you ask to a child.

Good Luck everyone, keep your backups safe, since if they "update" anything, and break something, the reason will always be: ddos because everyone hates us.
