Hiya, I tried the link with 3$ option & it didn't let me continue when I chose to configure my domain manually.

I'm another migrate of the utterly unreliable hosting service "provider" 9to5 which is down for days & essentially cheats people.

Would love to have another, stable home for my site.

Is free migration possible even though my site is down? Or is the WP export I have on hand enough?

Very competent people. There was initial trouble migrating my site from cheat hoster 9to5host.com but it was solved in minutes and now I'm back up and running.
