Hello, we will not tolerate lies. First you came on skype and contact us and we told you this happened because the server was down a few hours and it will be fixed time to time, you answered ok and you come here to make bad complains? This is the worst move that someone could do also you not get every 5 minutes the message. Next time use the truth and not just write like this and if not you will see the door of exit. Also you was doing a lot of request of backup and mysql download of your account. Thank you.

I also hope UndergroundPrivate will have VPS plans in the future. My visitors in my site increasing and seem Shared Hosting will be overload or lost connection.

Do not worry about the shared hosting, the hosting will not be overload or lost connection for sure. For the VPS we do not have any plans right now, we will inform you all if we bring this services.

Could youplease change the Title too.... its misleading to say that your prices are starting from $0.70..... or am I missing something? It was the price in the title that made me open the topic as Im looking for a cheap host to do some testing and dont want to pay any more than I need to. Cheers. :)

Hello, we moved from Romania to France not Ukraine. We could inform the customers we not have time to do this, all happened suddenly. The point is that we moved to France (offshore) and we will be more secured and have more excellent services. Also please notify that we are one of the best companies in the support and that we give to the clients, nobody is like us on the market, also more good changes will happen in the future. Please respect the job we are doing, we are one of the best and if there is downtime you should not be upset all the times (generally talking). All days will not be lost at the clients account.
