This is most likely a large dos attack as it's unexpected downtime and it's caused by "Software services are not responding" which is almost the same as saying it's a dos attack. Of course their not responding if your under a dos attack but your not going to say that now are you and that's the other reason you can't say whey your going to be back. Otherwise you'd say and ETA of when you'd be back.
Lets not worry it's only a site and will be back as soon as it can. They've being around for years and aren't going to disappear without warning.
