Hey moogie,
you need to check your file manager.
It's almost impossible lately to delete a file (it works randomly, like 1 out of 10 times).

Take a look at this please.
 
Hello, I'm new and I will be using this host starting from today.
With that I have a few questions.
1. Is paypal still an option for payouts?
2. When are payouts issued?
3. What happens to DMCA files?
 
You see, there are some hosts that delete your files AND terminate your account and leave whatever they owe you.

Anyways, Remote upload seems to be broken. When I enter a link and request for it to upload, it creates a 3.7KB file. I clicked on details and it says its processing however, after an hour it still hasn't been uploaded.

Rename your file before uploading, you have probably a filename included some character disallowed like _#- or an extension unreadable by the host, it happen to me before
 
99% of my files have ['s and ]'s in them.
If this remote upload can't even process files with simple symbols in them I don't know how so much people are using this.
 
who said anything about ['s or ]'s? You're probably not loading a direct download link. This is most likely your problem. I have stated many times in this thread, our remote upload utility only works with direct download links. We don't transcode URL's for you.
 
I have been uploading for a year now. I KNOW what a direct link is. Its a direct link from my server and it works for every single host I'm using right now.
