What i'm trying to say is that even with my EU server, and UGM being in the US, everything is fine. Meaning both your points of server locations are invalid which just narrows it down to one thing, you're just plain ignant brah
 
Hi moogie,

Please fix your file manager. It's still impossible to generate selected links from file manager. Whenever i click on generate links after selecting specific links. I got 3 words added after my account id on a address bar saying this below.

hi doggy, I've posted before that this feature isn't working right now, and since my main developer is pretty much super swamped just handling the growth of the site, we're waiting for our second developer to come back from vacation to help him with the workload of the minor features in filemanager which need to be addressed.

I've answered before.

There really is no need to buy a premium. As your affiliate account is identical to a premium account, except you can't download at premium speeds, nor can you have concurrent downloads.
 
@IllusIonist, A sales representative will just want to offer you what he/she has to, its solely upon you to go for it or not. I'm talking about this as a real life marketer situation with regards to the reference of your quote shown to moogie's pm.

You don't like a service, no one will force you to keep using it, move on. Regarding the "shitty NL/EU" servers that moogie was talking about was to those fellows who were complaining about the speeds with a much lesser ping to servers located in the US and to those leechers who want's everything on their finger tips.

Talking about professionalism, no one's perfect nor ever will be and its few people like you who try to go out of their line and provoke others to loose their patience and get over their limits.

You can't expect a 'change' overnight, everything takes time! After seeing the current situation where in others are disappearing in months people tend to move to other hosts quite a bit more faster than expected which makes our services a bit unstable and yet we try to make our customers happy by providing the best we can and the least we can expect is someone like you. And anyways, if you're making a thousand's dollar with other hosts so as said above why did you even cared to get into the service of UMB? I understand you did want to try it out and did face problems but does that means you'll just start getting no our head for the the things we try to provide you at best?

Its true that FS/FSC/WU can't be compared to UMB but let me remind you my friend, those times were different and now the time is different so a comparison is only made when all the factors are at the equal.

Anyways, I can keep on going writing but we have more valuable customers to provide service and support so thanks for being a part of UMB and hope to have you back when you do realize that we "aren't" like other hosts out there.

Uh, we are ready.. We're steadily using 4.0GB/s of premium burstable bandwidth from choopa. all day long with over 300TB of filespace. Not bad for a 'new' host. FTP doesent work then how is it that the 1000's of other affiliates are using it? Keep in mind our servers are in the USA, so if you're trying to remote from a shitty EU/NL overshared rdp or rapidleech, I cannot guarantee your hosts international BW.
edit, just checked your account, you've uploaded 0 files, and shares 0 files. Your friend probably runs an xfs site, so you felt the need to come and give us a bad name. I'm sorry, I cannot fix stupid people.
