One of my users complains that he can't download from ultramegabit
He is USA user and he see this error:

His message:
"Every browser comes up with the same result. I'm on charter out of NC.
The US, I haven't been able to access ultramegabit from any browser. It's strange really."
Any information about this issue ?

On what day I will get paid? I have more than 10$

I just uploaded file. It was downloaded 12 times and in reports is only show that it downloaded only 2 times. Why?

Have no idea really. We have no problems at all. And I'm from USA and visit the site 100's of times a day. 
It must be something to do with his pc configuration, or his dns?
Can't really tell you man.
If you're referring to the number in the filemanager, this is inaccurate. It shows all attempted downloads, unique/raw, complete/incomplete. it is meant for more of an idea of file activity, not really to show earned money downloads. For information on all downloads which earned you money, you can view that in your 'transactions' tabs.

Added after 3 minutes:
Use a US RDP instead of an EU. We're hosted in the USA. Or you can wait to use FTP until leaseweb delivers our 6 new ftp servers. 3 NL, and 3 DE. Hopefully will help those of you who don't want to use the correct RDP to upload to us.

We payout WEEKLY. We process payouts on mondays, and deposit to your accounts every friday (through sunday depending on payout method), for the previous weeks earnings. MINIMUM PAYOUT is 10$
That is cut and pasted from page one of our thread here. If you have 10$ in your account now as available earnings, then you will not have any deposit this week, as if your payment was processed on monday, it would have reset your earnings to 0. So, since you have 10$ in your account, then when we process the payouts on monday, you will be marked for deposit at the end of the week.

If it is slow, then it is your US rdp, maybe it's oversold, or many users were using it at the time you were. We do not have any bandwidth caps. We are hosted at a very good datacenter with tier 1 multihoned bandwidth.

Whew. Almost forgot to mention. Coming soon, from Ultra Mega Corp in the next months will be an all new Tube site. Just thought I would give you guys a little teaser.
