The ticket they responded to was concerning my account so I have no reason to tell you what the response was. The reason I showed my sales is because it shows UMB are a good host to get good sales with, sorry that bothers you. ;)

And yes they did respond to me

with sales like that, you're probably one of their top affiliates, so they're much more likely to likely to respond to your support tickets.
 
i am concerned about only one thing, wmz pending.

i have received payment since more then a year without any problem and i am confident that i will.

but no comments about the payment delay makes me slightly worried and i really need weekly payments and thats why i have umb as main host.

they are lazy and amateurs.. i wait 12 days to change my plan from PPD to PPS and still nothing i hope they will change my plan in next 1 month...
