I had the same conversation and can vouch that aminti is telling the truth.
Personally I think Rudy just got bored so he sold the company and has since moved on to other things.

This file host isn't lying.
However a kind tip for the future: You may want to work on your spelling and grammar, and also before making accusations be sure you have obtained some sort of proof to back up your claims.
Without these very basic things you just look like a forum troll with zero credibility and nobody (other affiliates, file host owners, various people on this board) is going to take anything you say seriously.

The last payment I actually received was from 2014.06.30, it showed up on 2014.07.03.
However, the 2014.07.07 and 2014.07.14 "payments" never arrived.
The tickets I've opened either get closed with no real response or just get ignored.
If payments get caught back up this week that will go a long way in restoring some level of trust.

Yeah, I'm with you on this thought path
This file host just got double tapped, a change of payment processors that occurred in the middle of a name/ownership change.
Surely having to overcome these hurdles at the same time will not result in smooth operations, at least at first.
The good news is that I've been in contact with the new organization running the show there and I do feel that things are ironing out real fast now, in fact to be honest I'm a little surprised it wasn't in the last week but hey there are a lot of things that i'm sure they have to do to get back in a normal cash flow again.
If you saw my comments in FileOM's now closed official support thread you would see I'm not an affiliate who is too keen on being told bullshit & lies to; in fact I think in the end it was really myself who successfully called that FileOM asshole out and got him banned from the site.
So I hope that whole incident gives some credibility towards my views over here because I do firmly believe that the more affiliates a file host has does result in more sales for everybody. I don't believe in having too much affiliate competition for one file host because there is enough fish in this ocean for us all, and we'll all do OK as long as we all shoal together.

Hi, since you are able to contact UMB, can you please share some useful info here. And spc told us before the payment will start this week, have you been told by UMB the similar information?

The information which I have been told I can share has been shared.
The last time I received a payment from this file host was on July 7th, so I'm still in a pending status with all of you, but as I have stated before I do believe that I will see this money.
